Where do I begin? Therese was amazing and so very helpful. I felt some of my questions were a bit random, but she reassured me that, no question is too crazy. Although I had previously owned a home, she made it so much easier to go through the process a second time because of the issues I had had with a previous advisor. She went the extra mile to so many things for me and even after the fact when I had a few questions she was there to answer them. Whenever I go to refinance, if I do, I will be giving her a call right away. I do not plan on buying another house, but if I did, she would be my first call. Therese was all around amazing and made it personal, she even attending our closing!
